Nitemare

Meet Eleanor's evil twin and worst Nitemare. The concept of this car came up one night over a dinner conversation after watching the notorious remake of Gone in 60 Seconds with Nicholas Cage. The original idea was to build Eleanor's evil twin… Eleanor on steroids, persay. One thing led to another and Bryan's (owner of Custom Classics) son drew up a concept. Soon after we had the drawing in our hands, we could not wait to get started.
We located a pretty nice body to take on the form of Nitemare. In order to save time and speed things up some, this project became a joint effort with a friend (and restoration shop) of Bryan's in Oklahoma. The car still took about nine months to build and our budget was quickly eaten up as we kept trying to make Nitemare live up to its name. Every day we came up with new ideas of how to make this car completely, ludicrously more evil than Eleanor; and at last finally we did.
Adorned in a mirror black finish and silver stripes she was Eleanor's evil twin in every sense of the way and then some. Nitemare traveled nationally and stole the show at countless events. She stunned and awed Ford and Chevy enthusiasts alike with rave reviews from several different magazines. She was even featured in the Resto-Rods book along with two other of our cars. Nitemare was like nothing no one had ever seen before.
Now picture this: You climb in to a completely custom black interior and take the reigns of this 700 horsepower Full Roller motor. Your right hand nervously grips the TKO600 5-speed shifter surrounded in a one-off custom center console. Your foot is shaking with the heavy load of the McLeod hydraulic racing clutch as you turn the key and awaken the beast; exhaust smoke billowing out of the custom side exhaust. By this time, if the sound of your heart isn't as loud as the motor and the sweat isn't pouring down your face, how about you throw her into first. Before that, maybe you should turn on the A/C and roll down the one-piece power windows. (That's right, one-piece power windows on a 67 Fastback mustang. We were the first to do it, and do it right.) It's a good thing we didn't forget about the modern comforts of an exotic car. You heard right, Nitemare is equipped with air conditioning, power windows, power locks, a tilt-wheel steering column, and a thumpin' sound system you probably will never use because Nitemare's own sounds suit you fine. Alright, so now you just shifted into 1st gear which activated the Currie 9” Ford housing with 3:50 ratio gearing and a 31 Spline True Track gear. You slowly let out the clutch and she is just dying lunge out of her cage. Don't worry though…you'll be safe; Nitemare has been harnessed with 6-Piston 4-wheel cross-drilled disc brakes. That should be able to slow her down in case you need to change your pants.
On the outside you notice how low Nitemare sits on the huge Thruxton wheels and Air-Ride suspension. You admire the flowing lines achieved by shaved door handles, lack of wipers, one-piece windows, and perfect body gaps. How could something so evil be so beautiful? Don't think it's possible? Feast your eyes on the one and only Nitemare.
