This is a 1971 RS SS Chevy Camaro with a 396 in it. we believe by the 87 in the vin number , that this was a true SS car. It has the RS appearance but is not a real RS car. It has a 10 bolt posi, Power Front Disc, tilt wheel, driver side remote mirror( I read some where that was a SS Option), factory console on floor, Power steering, Front and Rear Spoilers. As far as I can tell is this car has all the original metal, trunk and floors. It has a very clean underside and trunk area. This car was all repainted about 6 months ago by the previous owner. painted in a urethane base coat clear coat, and then wet sanded and buffed to a smooth high gloss. the black stripes are under the clear coat. I believe there are not very many miles on the motor and it has a good power and sounds great. It has Hooker headers with a 3 inch exhaust to the Flow master mufflers and than 2 1/2 to the back. The interior is in great shape including headliner, carpet seats, dash, door panels etc. The car also has the cowl induction hood which we feel makes these car look much better then The stock hood. The front and rear tires are brand new Cooper Radial GT's, with rally wheels , new trim rings, and new center caps. The rear rally wheels are deep dish rims. tire sizes are as follows. fronts P235/60R15 rears P275/60R15. this car has an amazing stance. As you can see the paint looks super nice on this car. You can see how nice the inner fender wells are in the engine bay and how nice the firewall is. also notice how nice the fenders that wrap in the engine bay are, rockers, door jambs etc... The color is viper red and is a very bright red that looks great against black stripes. The rear bumper is new, and the door locks have also been replaced, and work well. There has been a lot of money put into this car in the restoration. It has many new parts in it, and the drive train is built up very nicely. This car would make anyone a great investment, show car and just a fun toy to have around. you are welcome to view the car with an appointment if interested. A few other notes on the car....

The motor was all freshened up and has close chambered heads, roller tip rockers, and the biggest Lunati VooDoo cam they make. It also has a 830 Holley Carb, 350 Turbo Transmission with B&M shift kit. The rear-end is a Auburn 10 bolt posi with 4:10 Gears. There has been several nice chrome bolt on parts under the hood to , that dress it up nicely .The information about the engine and drive train is what we were told from the previous owner. we do believe this to be correct, but please check these thing out for your self , before making any kind of purchase. The car was also lowered about 2 inches in the rear and an 1 1/2 inches in the front.
