Admit it, when you see a killer bowtie muscle car with a mountain motor up front and giant rear tires out back, your adrenaline starts pumping, and maybe your pupils dilate a little. The third generation of Chevrolet Nova has long been a favorite of drag racers, weekend mechanics, and hot-rodders. Just when you think you've seen the best one ever, along comes a car like this, that totally blows all the rest away. One of the coolest things about the classic car hobby is the amount of passion and creativity enthusiasts put into their builds. There's no better way to make a great looking Bowtie even more appealing, than to smooth it out and cover it in a stunning, deep, rich paint job like this one. Take another look at the pictures and look at the attention to detail, and panel fitment; the level of professional, high-dollar, quality work here is really setting the bar for pro-street builds. Make no mistake, this is not a “covered up rust bucket” like how most project cars begin… no, this car began as a solid, real-deal Nova which is why you will not find any rust pits anywhere on this car. Even open up the trunk and look inside the rear quarter panels… those have even been base-coated and cleared! It's simply amazing how well this car was put together.

Here at Custom Classics, we know a thing or two about what makes a great classic car, its what we do all year long! As we went through all the receipts on this build (included in sale), its astonishing to see all that went into this car. This has been a passion build for the previous owner for many years now.

Reviewing the receipts, they tell a story of body work being done in 2002, the car being painted in Deltron DBC4466-W “Hawaiian Orchid Metallic” basecoat clear urethane around April of 2003, and as all Urethanes go, she still looks fresh and wet like the day she was out of the booth. When you see it in person, you'll get a better understanding about what we're saying when we say it looks fresh – the photos, although pretty, don't even give this car justice.

GETTING DOWN TO THE FACTS.

Now Let the pictures tell the rest of the story, obviously all the chrome and trim are perfect or near perfect with the bumpers being original, re-chromed bumpers… not cheap reproduction junk, and the interior was tastefully done as well. (NOTE: We have added new rear headliner sail panels since we took the photos)

Everything works on this bad Boy Nova, so after your done going through the photos one last time, try to imagine what a car like this would cost to put together and build yourself… yeah you're right, well over $100,000.

It's rare to enough to see a super clean detailed pro-street car, let alone one done to this exceptional level. With plenty of power and a great drive line as well as a host of quality installed parts, this Nova offers it all!
