When the weather finally gets warm, dreams of cruising down the highway in a classic muscle car are inevitable. Linger on that thought a little longer and the sound of a small block V8 comes to mind coupled with images of an old school dash. We'll let you fill in the details from there but, if you like where we're going, have a look at this slick Chevy Nova SS. Equipped with modern Chevrolet power, a smooth automatic transmission, and a super clean appearance, this coupe has been drawing stares ever since it rolled off our trailer. And if you're ready to feel the summer breeze behind the wheel of a storied Detroit legend, it's a chance to turn your dreams into reality!

Built to be a head-turning showpiece, this little coupe features a detailed, stock appearance that's highlighted by a spectacular color combination and bright, mirror-like accents. Take one look down the sides of the car's slick body and it becomes very obvious that great care was taken to ensure that she's as nice as the original cars were when they rolled out the front door of the factory. Step closer to the car's wet looking finish and check out straight panels that aren't plagued by any major imperfections. Grab the car's well-adjusted hood and feel how smoothly it opens to provide excellent fit, which is set off by a glossy clear coat shine. And it all adds up to one top-notch little muscle car.

These early 60's Nova's continue to gain significant popularity. At the front of this little cub hardtop, stock headlamps hang a simple clean factory grille over a clean bumper and stylish square parking lights. Behind that grille, a peaked hood leads the eye to new glass that's framed by bright straight stainless trim, mirrored wipers and chrome drip rails. At the sides of that glass, a clean, modernist profile centers a familiar bowtie mirror, traditional GM door handles and polished, and at the back of the car, vertical, chrome-trimmed taillights illuminate a second chrome bumper.

This sweet looking Chevy is powered by a nicely detailed 350 V8 engine that offers solid and reliable motivation. Built to cruise the street and wow show goers alike, that fully sorted 350, which combines a sturdy iron block and heads with an aluminum Weiand intake. An Edelbrock 4 barrel carb tops off the engine to assure sharp throttle response. And to top off the carb, a fresh K&N chrome air cleaner and filter allows all the fresh air to pass into the 350 V8 and allow it to breathe all the air it needs. At the front of the jet-black block rests a new Wilson alternator and rebuilt water pump. Sparks are sequenced through HEI ignition and SMM Mag Plus Super Conductor plug wires. Spent gases swirl through stock exhaust manifolds, and through a true duel exhaust system. And cooling comes courtesy of a proven reconditioned Harrison radiator that's fitted with stock hoses, and a stock factory fan. On the visual end of the spectrum, chrome valve covers and a chrome breather perfectly complement the stainless braided fuel lines with a clear fuel filter and a subdued brake booster. The restored engine compartment, which includes clean stock inner fenders, has been completely finished to match the car's stunning white exterior. All of this adds the kind of meticulous details that'll push enthusiasts right over the edge!

Take a long look under this lightweight X-Body and you'll find a very clean and solid rust free underside. The proven 350 utilizes a GM automatic trans and 10-bolt rear end to spin a proven differential around solid, 3.30 gears. Holding that stellar drive train off the ground is a solid mostly rebuilt suspension. Stops come quickly thanks to front disc brakes, with rear factory drums. Power pounds the pavement through 5 spoke Aluminum Eagle Alloys, which spin BF Goodrich Radial T/A's all the way around at all four corners. And, like any carefully assembled classic, the bottom of this Nova is as well-cleaned up as its top; with undercoated floors hovering over such niceties as a fresh exhaust system, and new fuel tank.

Inside this Chevy, classic style is augmented with seamlessly integrated customization. The car's seats, which feature attractive contrasting black vinyl and gray cloth, are all-day comfortable, and are nice on those hot days. At the base of those seats, fade-free carpet frames stock foot pedals and a clean B&M QuickSilver ratchet shifter. Above that shifter, a clean dash hangs an array of Auto Meter gauges around an am/fm radio. At the sides of that dash, factory door skins center chrome handles below glossy black frames. In front of the driver, a factory steering wheel spins a color-keyed rim around a chrome factory horn ring. And above the passengers, a crisp clean headliner that flows down to a stock clean solid trunk which was finished in factory like spatter gray paint. The sale of this awesome compact little muscle car includes a vintage Owner's Manual.
